REEL DE BELLECHASSE. French-Canadian, Reel (cut time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. Jean Duval explains the tune may not be associated with the Bellechasse region of Québec, but may have been christened by Allard or the RCA Victor recording company. Not to be confused with "Bellechasse (La)," a different and more popular reel.
