PADDY O'MEAGHAN'S REEL. AKA and see “Old Blind Sow She Stole the Middlins.” American, Reel (cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB. The tune is printed twice in Stacy Phillip's Traditional American Fiddle Tune (1994), as "The Old Blind Sow" and again as "Paddy O'Meaghan's," both attributed to Indiana fiddler John Summers. However, there is no apparent source recording of "Paddy O'Meaghan's", and Phillips' provenance for the tune remains unknown.
