MONEY MUSK [2]. American, Reel. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB. A variant of the northern American and Canadian 'A' major versions of the tune, however, distinct enough to be accounted a separate version. Greene was considered a top-notch bluegrass fiddler (who recorded with Kenny Baker and Chubby Wise), but his music retains affinity with old-time styles. He worked in Nashville as a side man with Roy Acuff and Little Jimmy Dickens, among others.
