ALLWEDD Y MELINYDD. Welsh, Air ( B Flat Major (Llewelyn Alaw): D Major (Bennett). Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. "Allwedd y melinydd" was entered (as "Agoniad y Melinyd") in the smallish collection of Welsh airs collected by Thomas Llewelyn (Llewelyn Alaw) that one first prize at the Llangollen Eisteddfod of 1858.
