THOUGHT. AKA - "Jackson's Thought."  Irish, Air. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCC.  "Thought" was entered into a section of tunes dedicated to the compositions of late 18th century uilleann piper Waker "Piper" Jackson in Book IV (p. 2) of the large mid-19th century century music manuscript collection of County Cork cleric and uilleann piper James Goodman.  Compare with "Cherish the Ladies" in Elias Howe's 500 Irish Melodies (p. 220).
