JAMES THE SECOND'S MARCH. AKA and see "Garter (The)", "King James' March". English, Air (4/4 time). C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune appears in Playford's Dancing Master of 1690 (appears as "The Garter") and in later editions (as "King James's March, or the Garter").
