The tune appears in Watts' Musical Miscellany (1729), Playford's Dancing Master (vol. iii), Walsh's Dancing Master (vol. iii), and The Wedding and numerous other ballad operas. See note for "Bath Medley" for more on the town of Bath, England, which is referenced in this double-entendre title.
