STICK THE PEELERS.   Irish, Slide (12/8 time).  A Mixolydian.  Standard tuning (fiddle). ABC.  "Stick the Peelers" was entered in Book 4 of County Leitrim musician Stephen Grier's c. 1883 large music manuscript collection.  It is undoubtedly from piping repertory.   Compare the first strain with that of Patrick Weston Joyce's "Old Jerry Doyle."
