CAMBRO-BRITON, THE. Welsh, Country Dance Tune (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A "Cambro-Briton" is a Welshman. This melody is from Skillern's Country Dances for 1799 and has some similarity to "Stumpie," and "Duchess of Hamilton's Strathspey (The)."
