DAILEY'S REEL. AKA - "Daley's/Daly's Reel." American, Reel (cut time). B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB (Brody): AABB' (Phillips). According to the notes on Joe Greene's LP, the tune is Canadian in origin. Popularized by fiddlers Kenny Baker and Joe Greene, the reel has transcended the bluegrass genre and has been picked up by Irish musician Dermot Byrne, Northumbrian piper Pauline Cato and others.
