DUNKELD HERMITAGE BRIDGE. Scottish, Slow Air (6/8 time). B Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. See note for "Talk:Dunkeld Hermitage." The melody is attributed to Niel Gow (1727-1807), Inver, Perthshire, near Dunkeld. The small Dunkeld Hermitage Bridge is situated beside a folly called “Ossian’s Hall”, built by the Duke of Atholl in the 18th century.
