Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. In Ireland the tune is known as "Boys of Ballycastle." It is printed in Kerr's Merry Melodies, vol. 1 (Glasgow, c. 1880) under the title "Leggett's Reel," in a section of Irish reels for quadrilles or country dancing.
