ALICE POLKA. American (?), Polka (2/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. There are several pieces called "Alice Polka," including compostions by Johann Strauss Sr. (Op. 238), John Wiegand, and Joseph Kaspar Raff, but the "Alice Polka" copied into American musician M.E. Eames 1859 music copybook is not of those works.
