GOLDEN LACES. AKA and see "Black's Hornpipe," "Geld Him Lasses." English, Dance Tune (3/4 time). England, Northumberland. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. The title in Vickers' original MS. [1] is "Goulding Lacess". There are no accidentals given in the key signature of Vickers' original, although it can be played with one or two sharps, depending on taste.
