ONE STEP DE MAMOU. Cajun, One-Step. USA, Louisiana. Recorded in New Orleans by fiddler Dennis McGee (1893-1989), seconded on fiddle by Ernest Fruge, in October, 1929, for Vocalion Records. The song was later reworked by fiddler Varise Conner as "Lake Arthur Stomp (1)."
