ORE HILLS ORE MOUNTAINS FANCY FREE. Scottish. The tune appears in the Balcarres "Lute Book" of 1690, from the library of the Earls of Crawford and Balcarres. Williamson says the Crawfords were one of the families who kept a resident harper during the 17th century.
