WATER IN THE SEA (THE). Canadian, Polka (2/4 time). Canada, Cape Breton. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. The possible title for a tune listed as "Traditional Tune" in Dunlay and Reich who say, "Although the tune was played by fiddlers in the Mabou area it does not sound like a typical Cape Breton tune."
