Back to Miss Margaret Gordon of Lessmore


MISS MARGARET GORDON OF LESSMORE. Scottish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by John MacGlashan, who may have been a brother of the Alexander 'King' Macglashan, a famous Edinburgh teacher and bandleader in the latter 18th century. He published his own collection in 1796 in Edinburgh.
