A version of "Speed the Plow" (?) from Kentucky fiddler George Lee Hawkins (1904-1991, Bath, Kentucky), known as a "hornpipe" fiddler (i.e. a musician who retained the dotted rhythm rather than converting to a straight reel setting of a tune).
