MAMOU TWO-STEP [1]. AKA - "Débris Two-Step." Cajun, Two-Step (4/4 time). USA, southwestern Louisiana. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). BBAABBBBBBAABBAA. This instrumental is named for the area around Mamou, Louisiana, as are "Big Mamou," "Grand Mamou," "Tit Galop Por Mamou," and "Tit Mamou."
