NYMPH OF THE WAVE. Irish, Waltz. D Major (first part) & G Major (second part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The second part of Roche's waltz is "Nymph of the Wave," composed by the prolific light composer Charles d'Albert (1809-86) and printed in the 1860's. d'Albert was of French émigré stock but worked in England most of his life.
