LEITRIM REEL [2], A. AKA and see "McDonagh's Reel (2)." Irish, Reel. E Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. A different tune than Breathnach's "Leitrim Reel (1) (The)," although it is the same as Breathnach's "McDonagh's" in CRÉ III (1985). Breathnach transcribed the tune, and got the "McDonagh's" name, from flute player Matt Molloy's first solo LP. Molloy's source was the McDonagh brothers of Ballinafad, Co. Sligo.
