Source for notated version: learned from fiddler Ned Landry (White Rock, British Columbia) by Joe Pancerzewski (1905-1991, North Dakota, USA), in 1961 when the latter was running a switch engine in Vancouver [Voyager liner notes/Reiner & Anick].
