BRICKYARD JOE [2]. AKA - "Morris Allen's Brickyard Joe." Old-Time, Breakdown. USA, Kentucky. G Major (Titon): C Major (Phillips). Standard tuning (fiddle). One part (Phillips): AABB (Titon). In the repertoire of Kelly Gilbert. John Harrod believes this to be the older of the two Kentucky versions of the tune. According to Jeff Titon (2001) it is more common in the central part of the state.
