FIELD LARK. Old-Time, Breakdown & Song (2/4 time). A Major. AEae tuning (fiddle). AABB. This ditty is sung to the first strain:
Daddy shot a field lark,
Shot him on the wing;
I got a banjo,
Listen to it sing.
