FLORENCE KILLEN'S WALTZ. AKA and see "Gotell's Waltz." Canadian, Waltz. Canada, Prince Edward Island. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. Composed by Nova Scotia champion fiddler Clifford Manley in honor of Nova Scotia musician Florence Killen. Manly was a 2013 inductee into the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame and was a frequent contestant in the Canadian Open Old-time Fiddle Championships in Shelburne, Quebec, including three consecutive first-place finishes in his age group from 2002 to 2004.

The alternate title, "Gotell's Waltz" (for a local fiddling family) is from south Kings County, PEI. See also Florence Killen's own composition "River John Sunset Waltz."
