Back to Chocolate Heart (The)


CHOCOLATE HEART, THE. French-Canadian, Waltz. G Major ('A' part) & G Minor ('B' part). Standard tuning. AA'B. Composed by Andre Marchand (Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, Québec City) in 1991. Soon afterwards, it was learned by editor Matthiesen at the Ashokan (New York) fiddle and dance camp where Marchand was a teaching staff member. The melody requires position playing on the violin.
