Back to Donaghmore (The)
DONAGHMORE, THE. AKA and see "Colonel Fraser." Irish, Reel. Ireland, Sliabh Luachra region of the Cork-Kerry border. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune is similar to the first two parts of the better-known "Colonel Fraser." Seamus Ennis recorded the great Sliabh Luachra fiddle master Padraig O'Keeffe playing this tune in 1949.
