Back to Five Mile Chase (2)
FIVE MILE CHASE [2], THE. Irish, Reel. A Mixolydian ('A' part) & D Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. No relation to the more famous tune by this name (see "Five Mile Chase (1), the tune is a version of "New-mown Meadows (The)," sometimes called "Old Silver Spear (The)" or "Threepenny Bit (The)".
