GLOUNTANE SCHOOL. Irish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. Composed by musician Terence "Cuz" Teahan, originally from County Kerry although long a resident of Boston, Massachusetts. Randy Miller (2004) notes that the tune honors the school Teahan attended in County Kerry, where music was taught to the students by renowned itinerant fiddler Padraig O'Keeffe.
