GOOSEBERRY BLOSSOMS. AKA and see "Cock Your Pistol Charlie (1)," "Captain Murray's Reel." English, Irish; Reel (2/4 time), Country or Morris Dance Tune (2/2 time) or part of Running Set. A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The melody was published by Playford, but seems to be quite ancient, having antecedents in Continental Europe.
