Back to Green Wood (The)


GREEN WOOD, THE. Irish, Slow Air (4/4 time). D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. Learned by Joyce as a boy in Limerick, c. 1840's. A different tune than the English "Greenwood" published by Playford.
