GREENFIELDS OF AMERICA [2], THE. American, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB. An American 'old-time' variant of "Greenfields of America (1)", beginning on an E Minor chord.

Source for notated version: Lotus Dickey (b. 1911, Indiana) [Phillips]. Probably learned from a music book. Dickey and his brother Cyprion enjoyed picking up good tunes from printed music, adapting them to their style.

Printed sources: Phillips (Traditional American Fiddle Tunes), vol. 1, 1994; p. 105.
