Back to Herman's Rag


HERMAN'S RAG. Old-Time, Country Rag. USA; Oklahome, Texas. C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'CC. Composed by fiddler Herman Johnson, originally from Oklahoma (b. 1920), who won the national fiddle contest at Weiser, Idaho, a record five times. The tune is frequently heard at fiddle contests.
