HIELANMAN'S KNEEBUCKLE, THE (Búcla Glúine an Híleantóra). AKA and see "Hand Me Down the Tackle(s)," "Tom Steele," "Tomm Steele." Irish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The tune is not, apparently, the similarly titled "Highlander's Kneebuckle (The)." Breathnach (1976) identifies this as a version of "Tom(m) Steele."

Source for notated version: fiddler Micky Doherty, 1965 (Stranorlar, Co. Donegal, Ireland) [Breathnach].

Printed sources: Breathnach (CRÉ II), 1976; No. 156, p. 83.
