JOHN EGAN'S (POLKA) [1]. AKA and see "Kerry Polka," "Peg Ryan's." Irish, Polka. D Major ('A' part) & G Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A modern polka composed in the Sliabh Luachra tradition that has entered the West Kerry tradition. John Egan (1903-1989) was one of the founders of the Piper's Club.
