MRS. LEITH OF GLENKINDY'S [2]. Scottish, Reel. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The melody appears in Kirkmichael, Perthshire, fiddler and composer Robert Petrie's 1796 2nd Collection of Strathspey Reels and Country Dances (p. 17), a volume dedicated to his employer and patron, Mrs. Garden of Troup.
