Back to Mrs. Moray of Abercairny (2)


MRS. MORAY OF ABERCAIRNIE [2]. Scottish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (Skye): AAB (Athole, Gow). Composed by Nathaniel Gow (1763-1831), with melodic contours similar to his father’s “Mrs. Moray of Abercairny (1),” although not quite an exact copy.
