HITHER, DEAR HUSBAND, TURN YOUR EYES. AKA and see "Last time I came o'er the Moor (The)." Scottish. Kidson (1922) identifies this as an early Scottish tune appearing in Orpheus Caledonius (1725-6). The melody also served as Air 12, Act Iii (t), of John Gay's Beggar's Opera (1728).
