YOU BET. American, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by James (“Jimmy”) Hand, according to Ryan’s Mammoth Collection (1883), but the ‘A’ part is very similar to “Off/Going to California [1].” There is also a Johnny Hand to whom several tunes are attributed in Ryans, and they probably were brothers from the Boston area, or perhaps father and son.
