Back to Dulamaon na Buinne Bui (2)
DULAMAON NA BUINNE BUI [2]. AKA and see "Cutting Ferns." Irish, Highland. Ireland, County Donegal. This tune was in the repertoire of Donegal fiddler Mickey Doherty (1894-1970), and completely different than the tune of the same name played by his brother John. It was recorded from his playing in January 1949 by the Irish Folklore Commission.
