Back to Farewell to Eyrecourt
FAREWELL TO EYRECOURT. Irish, Reel. E Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by Bronx, New York, musician Martin Mulhaire. Eyrecourt is a village on the inland border of County Galway and was Martin's birthplace. Mulhaire toured the United States in with the Tulla Ceili Band in 1958, and, when the band returned home, he and his wife Carmel stayed on.
