Back to Jockey's Dance


JOCKEY'S DANCE. AKA and see "By the Light of the Moon." English (?), Jig. C Major ('A' part) & G Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune (of unknown provenance) appears note-for-note twice in Ed Harding's 1905 collection, under the title and alternate given above, perhaps the result of a printer's or compiler's error.
