Back to Green Tree (The)
GREEN TREE, THE. AKA and see "Green Trees of Athol." Scottish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The melody also appears (under the embellished title "Green Trees of Athol") in William Bradbury Ryan's Ryan's Mammoth Collection (1883), published in Boston by Elias Howe.
