CARIBOU REEL. Canadian, Reel. E Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by Woodridge, Manitoba, Métis fiddler Andy DeJarlis (1914-1975). The version in Songer's 1997 book, current among Portland, Oregon, contra dance musicians, is slightly distanced from the original (which appears in the Appendix).
