Back to Joe O'Dowd's Jig
JOE O'DOWD'S JIG. AKA and see "Brendan Tonra's," "Eleanor Keanes," "Tonra's," "Tonra's Jig." Irish, Jig. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The composition has been attributed to Sligo fiddler Joe O'Dowd, but is actually a composition by Brendan Tonra, who spent many years in Boston.
