DOCTOR'S CROSS, THE. Irish, Hornpipe. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by County Cavan/Philadelphia fiddler and composer Ed Reavy (1898-1988) in memory of a crossroads once located outside Cootehill town near the village of Barnagrove, where Reavy grew up.
