From the repertoire of French-Canadian accordion player Alfred Montmarquette [1] (1871-1944), who is attributed as composer. Terrebonne is a village northeast of Montréal. Montmarquette recorded the tune (as "Gigue de Terrebonne") in Montréal in 1928, back by délard St-Jean on piano. Fiddler Arthur Joseph (A.J.)
