LADS OF THE VILLAGE [1]. Scottish, Country Dance Tune (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune was also copied into the 1790 music manuscript copybook of Edward Murphy, a musician from Newport (probably Rhode Island).
