In addition to the London publisher Samuel, Ann and Peter Thompson's 1788 printing, the tune appears in John Carr's First Book of Cotillions (New York, 1801) and James Hewitt's (1770-1827) Fashionable Repertory... of Country Dances & Waltzes (New York, 1807).
